- Jewellery

- Purple dye

- Breeding in laboratory

Place

All the products made of the shell are available online on the website of UIN as well as in special boutiques. The jewellery can be bought in jewellery stores. As for the purple dye, it’s available in art shops. You can visit the laboratory where you can see the process of breeding the shells. In the gift shop of the laboratory, you can buy miniature versions of the shells. The original shells are not for sale as they are extremely rare.

Price

The price of the jewellery depends on the size. It begins at §30 and goes up to §2000. The prices are the same in every jewellery shop. We must warn you not to buy it anywhere else, you could end up with a fake piece of jewellery. You can differentiate a real one from a fake one by holding it up to the sky. If you see a little purple light reflecting, that means you bought a real piece of our finest jewellery.

Because of the rareness of purple dye, the prices are rather high. It is sold per grams, for instance 10 gram costs §4, 50 gram §20 and 100 gram §40.

Product

The jewellery is very famous among celebrities. The most famous piece is the Bollinus Bracelet. It contains 5 yellow diamonds alternateled with little pieces of the shell itself. Those pieces are so thin you can see the purple lines as if they are carved in relief.

You can mix the purple dye's powder with oil to make the most beautiful paintings. A funny fact: the president of UIN uses purple dye to make stunning eyeshadow. On every big occasion she likes to wear it as a tribute to the country.

Promotion

All of the products are promoted on the website of UIN. There are a lot of documentaries to be found on the intranet about the breeding process of the shells and the making of our jewellery. purple dye is often advertised in local art shops as well as their websites. The country is very proud of its products and stimulates the people to visit the laboratory. There are many spots on the radio convincing you that it’s a must to go and see the making of all the products.

Another product that represents UIN is the vital Lunar Water. We believe that water gives us the strength to push through every single day. What makes Lunar Water so special? It’s made out of the ice of the moon rocks we found 130 years ago. The moon rocks were located on one of our smallest islands called Aquarius. We transported them into a facility so they wouldn't lose their quality if the weather turns bad. You can buy the water in any supermarket.

Metal: adamantium

The United Nations of Neptune are well known for producing metals that can only be found in old craters that formed our islands. The origin of the metals is not known. The two most important metals are adamantium and vibranium. Adamantium is a rare and expensive metal that most likely was located in the heart of a star. The metal is spread in tiny pieces and once they are melted into one piece they can never be melted again except using a very special variant of vibranium. It’s the strongest and most durable metal known to men. Another characteristic is that it can’t be damaged or scratched by any other material even itself. Being fireproof and indestructible it’s wanted by armies all over the world but its rareness makes it very expensive so it has a very niche market.

Metal: Vibranium

The other space metal is vibranium. Its origin is also not known but scientists think it was transported by a meteor from the Andromeda galaxy. It can be found in some small craters scattered around the smaller islands. The metal is originally radioactive and has two variants. The metal is extraordinary because of its ability to melt other metals with its subatomic waves. Here lies the difference between variant A and variant B. Variant A is not available on the market and is kept in very small amounts in a secret vault in The United Islands of Neptune. The UIN is the only country that uses this variant. Variant A is very unstable and highly radioactive. It is the only element known that can melt adamantium and change its shape. The UIN main purpose is to use this metal for the purpose of science. Variant B is stabilised and can melt any metal except adamantium. It’s commercially used for shaping iron and other metals because it excludes the use of ovens and fire. It’s also used by big armies because it can melt weapons and vehicles from enemies. Though it is much more common than adamantium it is still a rather exclusive and expensive material.
